Welcome to the seventh edition of the International Congress EduAction 2022 "VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENTS AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT" what happens after a pandemic that has hit the world with unusual violence which for this event is a development precedent in the use of technologies in new online and mixed learning environments.
The event will be held, in person and virtually, in the city of Miami from August 3 to 5, 2022 and includes keynote conferences, workshops, exhibitions, cultural activities, as well as the VIII Humboldt International University Doctoral Colloquium.
EduAction 2022 offers three fundamental contributions: formative, investigative and informative.

Currently Dr. García serves as Academic Director of Humboldt International University where he has created the entire methodological body and the learning ecosystem for the virtual 100% modality, including unique innovations both in the pedagogical and technological order.
Dr Ruben Edel. He currently works as a full-time Researcher at the Universidad Veracruzana. Coordinator of the Laboratory for Innovation and Regional Development (LIDeR-Lab). Dean of the Inter-institutional Doctorate in Educational Systems and Environments (Consolidado / PNPC) and of the Academic Body "Innovative Learning Environments" (Consolidado / PRODEP). Participates in the Academic Nucleus of the Doctorate in Psychological Research of the Universidad Iberoamericana, Puebla. He collaborates as Adjunct Professor and Advisor at the Abraham S. Fischler College of Education and School of Criminal Justice at Nova Southeastern University, Humboldt International University and the Open University for Adults (UAPA) of the Dominican Republic.

Dra. Marai Colmenares. Marai Colmenares has a degree in Hispanic Literature (1998-2003) and a Master in Technologies for Learning (2006-2009) from UdeG; In addition, he studied a doctorate in Education (2012-2016) at the Technological and Higher Education Institute of the West (ITESO). He teaches in the area of Literature and Technologies for learning. Currently, she is coordinator of the postgraduate course at ITESO; Its functions include coordinating the area of curricular design and instructional design for postgraduate courses. In addition, he does research on the practices of literacy and digital culture in graduate school.
The aspects of the training during the congress are related to the creation of virtual learning units, namely: small virtual and mixed educational entities, virtual learning communities, programs and / or courses based on virtual learning environments focused on enabling skills. for human development.
As part of the EduAction Miami 2022 Congress “Virtual Environments and Human Development”, the VIII Doctoral Colloquium, which will have a specific “Call for Papers” and will be dedicated to the selection and presentation of papers in Spanish, English or Portuguese, made by researchers or academics. The papers accepted by the Scientific Committee of the Program will also be published in a differentiated book with ISBN and DOI.
The participants will be individuals or teams from educational institutions, public or private organizations, corporations or companies, unions and cooperatives interested in issues related to quality training of professionals in virtual or mixed environments.
The lectures address issues related to the fundamental aspects for the creation of virtual environments and human development, while the workshops will train team members and individuals on critical issues for shaping a virtual learning environment such as: the theoretical foundations of virtual learning, leadership and virtual educational management, the design of instruction in virtual environments, pedagogical strategies and related technological aspects.
The teams of the participating educational entities may register before the Congress or may be created from individual professionals who attend the Congress, taking into account the profile of each one of them.
Participation in the thematic workshops will be in pre-congress sessions, keynotes, lectures and expositions during the congress. On the last day of the congress, each team will have a short time before the Plenary to present their proposals for virtual or mixed learning environments, be these educational units, communities, programs or courses.
From then on, the projects will be monitored through the EduAction Virtual Environments Network that will be launched among the participating countries and organizations immediately after the Congress, which will be guided by prominent consultants on the subject.
